On 21st August 2025, students of NPS Northwest CBSE School, Tumkur Road, Madanayakanahalli experienced an enriching educational outing to the Sunkadakatte Fire Station as part of the 2025–2026 academic year. The visit was organized to help students understand the important role of firefighters and gain practical knowledge about fire safety, emergency response, and life-saving procedures.

During the trip, students interacted with professional firefighters, observed live demonstrations of fire-fighting equipment, and learned the correct ways to respond during emergencies. The guided session included valuable lessons on the Do’s and Don’ts in emergency situations, fire prevention techniques, and steps to take for personal and community safety.

The hands-on exposure inspired students to develop a sense of responsibility, awareness, and appreciation for the courageous efforts of fire service personnel.
